During its operation, the machine was used approximately for 40% plastics, 35% aluminum, and 25% structural steel machining. Over the years, it has mainly operated in one shift, occasionally in two shifts.
The emulsion tank has been cleaned and is currently empty.
The machine features a vibration-free cast iron bed, hardened sliding surfaces in excellent condition, and is ready for immediate operation.
The spindle drive is belt-driven.
External tool cooling: emulsion / air, and through-spindle coolant is also available.

The electrical cabinet is equipped with air conditioning, which works perfectly; filters have been regularly replaced and the unit has been periodically cleaned.
Annual maintenance (last performed at the end of 2021) included: removal of bed covers (way covers); inspection of lubrication injectors; inspection of central lubrication lines, checking lubrication of bed and ball screws, replacement of air preparation filter.
Repairs carried out:
- Replacement of the cracked central air distributor water separator tank
- Replacement of plastic sliders of the way covers
- On 30.10.2019, geometric inspection and adjustment of the C-axis wedge, and re-leveling of machine feet by Control system Kft. The new geometry results speak for themselves.
The tools, tool holders, and vises shown in the pictures are not included in the offer.
The machine can be loaded onto a truck at the entrance of our site, at the buyers responsibility. Removal from its current operating position is the responsibility and obligation of the seller. We are happy to provide transport contacts as assistance.
